Our Done For You Bookkeeping Service includes:
- Cleanup and reconciliation of accounts.

- Ongoing bookkeeping support.
Pricing and Fees
Pricing is based on your business’s average monthly transactions:
- $95/month: Up to 100 transactions and two or three bank accounts.
- $140/month: Up to 200 transactions and four to eight Bank accounts.
- $195/month: Up to 200 transactions with in-depth financial reporting and projects.
Accuracy Guarantee
We guarantee accurate bookkeeping for active customers who provide their most recent tax return. Errors will be rectified at no additional cost, provided:
- Errors are due to our work.
- Supporting documentation (e.g., receipts, accountant feedback) is supplied.
Cleanup Process
We tidy up records starting from your last tax filing or business inception to the month before sign-up. Completion generally takes 30 days but may vary for complex cases.
Recurring Service Includes
- Transaction categorization and reconciliation
- Bank account linking
- Guidance on bookkeeping best practices
- Regular reporting and support
Limitations
Our services exclude:
- Tax preparation.
- Audit services.
- Assurance services.
